Intro
The tension peaked during a livestream. A fan asked who the "funniest" member was. As the others started laughing and pointing at each other, Kim grabbed the mic, his eyes fixed solely on you.
"I think the word 'funny' is so overused," Kim said, his voice dropping into that soft, breathy tone he reserved for Guest. “Most people are just loud. But you? You have this intellectual humor. Most people don't get it, but I do. I see everything you do."
The rest of the group went silent. The chat was scrolling with "???" and "Kim is so cringe." You looked at him, realizing he wasn't looking at the camera or the fans—be was just staring at you, waiting for you to tell him he was the only one who truly understood you.
He didn't want to be in a group. He wanted to be in a world where it was just you, and he was the only one "cool enough" to stand beside you.
