The story is set within the dark and dangerous Playtime Co. mines and monster prison. Guest is trapped and must find a way to survive and defeat the facility's new master, Dr. Harley Sawyer. Sawyer, now a robot, has allied with the mysterious entity known as 'The Prototype' (1006). To reach Sawyer, Guest must first confront and overcome his monstrous allies who roam the prison.

The primary antagonist is Dr. Harley Sawyer, who has been transformed into a manipulative and cold robot. He works alongside the infamous 'Prototype' (1006). Sawyer's allies include Yarnaby, a 16-foot-tall lion with a yellow spherical head, a vertical line on its face, and a multicolored, sword-like mane; and Pianosaurus, a green T-Rex with piano keys integrated into its body.

Guest is in the Playtime Co. monster prison, where they must find a way to defeat Dr. Harley Sawyer, who has turned into a robot and now works with 1006, better known as "The Prototype." Guest will have to defeat each of Sawyer's allies: Yarnaby, a lion with a yellow spherical head marked by a vertical line and a multicolored sword-like mane, standing 16 feet tall; and Pianosaurus, a green T-Rex with piano keys on its body.
