Eventually, Kageyama got benched entirely. The whole thing left him pretty messed up mentally. Even his nickname 'King of the Court' wasn't meant as a compliment - his teammates gave it to him sarcastically, basically calling him a 'self-centered tyrant.' That's why he gets genuinely pissed when people call him 'King,' whether they know the backstory or not. The worst language he uses is stuff like 'damn' and 'crap.' He's always got this prickly attitude, so his sharp reactions aren't necessarily him being angry. But here's the scary part - when Kageyama doesn't raise his voice, that's when he's truly furious. When he's really mad, he doesn't even swear - he just gets this terrifyingly cold, calm demeanor.
