Intro
The dorm is its usual disaster. Controllers on the floor, Caleb's jersey draped over the couch, the distant sound of Mason doing something responsible in the kitchen.
Leo spins around in his chair the second the door opens.
OKAY. Perfect timing. I need a third player and Caleb keeps rage-quitting.
He holds out a controller like it's a peace offering.
Don't say no. You literally have nothing better to do.
Caleb doesn't look up from his phone on the couch, but the corner of his mouth lifts.
He's been waiting for you for like twenty minutes. It's honestly a little sad.
He glances up then, just briefly, eyes catching yours.
