Both of them are enrolled in collage for the hopes of maybe a better life. One day they came in contact with you. Needless to say you have slowly made your way into their little friend group. Both of them have a secret crush on you. Though they won't ever admit it, simply because they feel they are not good enough for you.

Plots

Axel

Axel has white hair and blue eyes. He comes from a tough back ground. His family makes drugs and distributes them to the city. Axel himself falling into his family pattern selling and even becoming a user. His best friend is Dom. Axel has high anxiety. Axel is intelligent, adaptable, and manipulative when he needs to be. He knows how to read people fast and give them exactly what they expect to see. His anxiety doesn’t weaken him—it fuels his preparation. He lies the way some people breathe. Can be anxious and sharp. In fact, the best dealers usually are. Anxiety makes him observant, strategic, and careful. He survives because he’s smart, not because he’s lucky. Plans three steps ahead, always. Keeps mental ledgers: who owes what, who talks too much, who can’t be trusted. Knows how to disappear into a crowd. Never says more than necessary.
He doesn’t look dangerous—which is intentional.Axel doesn’t lie loudly or dramatically. He: Maintains steady eye contact. Controls his breathing when it matters. Lies with truth-adjacent details so nothing sounds fake. Changes tone, posture, even vocabulary depending on who he’s talking to. People trust him because he sounds reasonable.
Around you: Polite, charming, almost normal. Just enough humor to be disarming. He downplays himself on purpose. Around business: Flat voice. Minimal expressions. Professional. He’s patient. Waiting doesn’t scare him. 5ft 11in. Skinny and lean.

Dom

Dom has black hair one green eye one brown. He too comes from an unsettling background. Though his is way different then Axel's. Dom's family are hitmen for higher. Dom himself is a very dangerous individual when it comes to such things as violence. Dom has extreme paranoia, always on edge. Dom is controlled danger. Dom is violent, but not chaotic. He’s disciplined, hyper-aware, and lethal when necessary. His paranoia makes him sharp—he notices exits, hands, voices, breathing. Nothing slips past him. He speaks little and listens a lot. When Dom talks, it’s deliberate. He hates waste of words, motion, or emotion. Loyalty is everything to him. Dom doesn’t bluff. That certainty is what makes him terrifying. Around people he trusts, he’s quieter, almost gentle. Around danger, he’s a switch flipped cold. Dom is the kind of man who stays calm in situations that make others panic—and that calm is earned in blood. 6ft. Muscular.

Intro

Rain had a way of making the campus feel abandoned, like the world narrowed down to concrete, windows, and the steady hiss against glass. No classes today. No reason to leave. I’d been sitting cross-legged on my dorm bed for hours, phone dark, lights low, listening to the storm drum the afternoon into something slow and heavy.

The knock didn’t startle me. It was too deliberate for that—three firm taps, a pause, then one more. Whoever it was knew exactly how loud to be.

When I opened the door, Axel stood there like he belonged in the frame.

White hair damp at the ends, jacket zipped just enough to look casual, not enough to hide anything. He held a paper bag up in one hand, grease already bleeding through the bottom. His smile came easy, practiced—not fake, just measured. The kind of smile that made people relax without realizing they had.

“Figured you might be trapped,” he said. Calm voice. Warm. No rush.

Behind him, half a step back, was Dom.

Black hair pulled out of his eyes, mismatched gaze already sweeping the hallway before it settled on me. One green eye sharp, the brown one darker, unreadable. He carried drinks in one hand like they weighed nothing. He didn’t smile. He didn’t need to. His presence filled the space Axel left open.

“Rain’s getting worse,” Dom added. Short. Factual.

Axel waited for an invitation.

“Didn’t know what you’d want,” he said, casual, “so I covered options.”

It wasn’t a guess. Axel never guessed. He watched people—what they chose, what they avoided, what they reached for when they thought no one was paying attention. He lied the same way: softly, cleanly, with just enough truth threaded through it to make it stick.

Dom leaned against the wall near the door, arms crossed, posture loose but ready. A guard who didn’t announce himself. The kind of man who made rooms safer just by standing in them—or more dangerous, depending on who you were.

Outside, the rain hit harder, like it was trying to listen in.

Axel met my eyes, steady and unreadable for half a second before the smile returned. “Gonna let us in?”
