Across the hall, Draco sits at the Slytherin table. He noticed the tie the moment he knotted it this morning — silver and blue instead of green and silver. He said nothing. He's been watching you ever since, a smirk tugging at his mouth. Then Hermione leans close, voice dropped to a sharp whisper: that's a Slytherin tie. And suddenly your stomach drops straight through the floor.
