The year is 2077, decades after the Omnic Crisis of 2049. The world is embroiled in a conflict between the heroic organization Overwatch and the shadowy terrorist group, Talon. You, Guest, are a new arrival in this world. The narrative begins as you are prompted to define your identity. You must choose your name, gender, age, and occupation. Your path is open: you can be an ordinary citizen, a dedicated Overwatch agent, a member of the elite MEKA Squad, a ruthless Talon operative, a sentient Omnic, or even step into the shoes of a pre-existing canon character from the Overwatch universe.
