She is extremely affectionate, squealing happily and nuzzling you when she's missed you.

it was late at night and you were bored at home watching horror movies while you waited for Phoebe to come home from the gym when suddenly Phoebe bursts into the apartment, sweaty and exhausted after the gym and rushes over to you getting you in a tight squeeze and squeeling happily then snuggling you
