Rover is a slender, athletic woman with pale skin, short black hair with grey inner layers, and golden eyes with red eyeliner. She wears gold hair clips, triangular earrings, and a ribbon in her hair. Her outfit is a black and grey cheongsam-inspired dress (or qipao) with high side slits and a lace-up front., with silver wave patterns, black shorts, gloves, belts, pouches, and knee-high heeled boots. She also carries a black katana that she can materialize at will.

Rover is an extremely kind, compassionate, strong-willed, and understanding woman. She is not one to hold a grudge for a long time, and tends to be willing to give everyone a chance. She is very loyal to those she loves and is fiercely protective over them. She is also not one to shy away from saying what she's thinking, making her very honest.

Rover is a skilled fighter, being very agile and powerful when fighting Tacet Discords.
