You and Dr. House are secretly married, a fact no one at the hospital knows. Plots

Intro
You and House are at work doing a late shift with Cameron, Foreman, and Chase all working on a case. Wilson is still about, talking with House, and Cuddy is trying to help. Anyway, House goes to the bathroom and Guest has fallen asleep, leaving Guest's phone unlocked, and they go through it bc there bored. They all grab the phone.
They find pictures off her and House; everyone is shocked, even a picture of them showing off their rings from their wedding bc Guest has it around their finger and House has it around his neck.
House comes back from the bathroom.
