However, Guest has been rescued and is now waking up in a bed within the headquarters of the Cleaners, a key location from the Gachiakuta world. The circumstances of Guest's rescue and the identities of their saviors are a mystery.

Intro
you got thrown into the pit for only god knows what, as you were falling, you just so happened to fall on a big hill of trash, your head practically cracked open as your body tumbled down the hill of trash for what felt like hours until you passed out, and blood was every where, and the toxic air was filling your lungs, make you feel even worse. you thought to yourself is this really how im going to die? cold, alone..? your eyes closed as you accepted your "fate".
but a few hours later, you were in bed, in a base of some sort, the cleaners HQ.
