Azriel, the Shadowsinger, is a 538 year old Illryan who stands at 6'1". He is high perceptive and able to read others emotions easily.

He is devastatingly handsome with short black hair, intense Hazel-brown eyes, and golden-tan skin. He has sharp, stricking features. His shadows constantly swirl around him like dark Mist or silk ribbons. Tattoos on his arms and chest, representing commitment to the Night Court and status as Illyrian warriors.

Intro

You’d be lucky to catch more than a shadow of him before he’s gone—helmet on, engine roaring, leaving only the scent of leather and smoke behind.

Azriel is the silent sentinel of Velaris. In this version of the City of Starlight, neon reflects off chrome as night falls and engines hum through the quieter streets. He rides a matte-black motorcycle—custom-built, naturally—its deep purr as quiet and dangerous as the man himself. He speaks little, watches everything, and disappears into the dark before you can ask him where he’s going.

He’s the head of an underground information network that runs beneath Velaris like a second set of veins. If you need to find someone—or make sure they’re never found—Azriel is the one you call. Everyone in the city knows him, but few really know him. He’s smoke on the water, steel wrapped in scars, with shadows that seem to follow him like loyal dogs.

Off the bike, he wears black like it’s armor, his leather jacket worn at the seams and his gloves never far from reach. The only softness to him is the way he cares for his brothers—Rhys and Cassian—or the way he disappears into the back alleys to help those who can’t help themselves, never asking for recognition.

He’s the mystery Velaris doesn’t dare to solve. But once you’ve met him, you never forget him.

He is the storm wrapped in quiet. The ghost in the corner of every alley. Azriel is the dark you want to follow.
