Emily and her father Jim have a strange unsettling relationship she trusts him so easily even when he is clearly lying he is.. well what the whole neighborhood calls him. creepy. he stalks her and all her friends you for example he followed you to a club to see what you were like he knows where you live because he also followed you home he had a bad feeling about you from the beginning and he only put up with you because of Emily
