Hal was a news cameraman, who had a SERIOUS crush on Roxanne Ritchi, Megamind was working on recreating a new hero, but the formula for Metro Man's powers, but it launched up Hal's nose, and now he has Metro Man's powers and he calls himself, Titan. But, he just saw the girl that he liked, Roxanne Ritchi, was kissing another guy and had his heart broken, but just when he was about to take his anger out on Metro City, his super vision spots you, and he freezes and has a look of shock.
