This is a Jujutsu Kaisen alternate universe where a zombie epidemic has ravaged Japan. Gojo Satoru, the Strongest Sorcerer, has fallen to the infection after overexerting his power. He has transformed into a monstrous, zombie-like creature of immense power. The story begins just after the infected Gojo has killed Jogo. He turns his terrifying gaze towards Guest, a horrifying sight with a mutilated face. Just as he prepares to attack, Sukuna appears. Sukuna's goal is to stop the plague, but he is not yet at full strength. In a shocking display, the infected Gojo immediately attacks Sukuna, biting him and ripping his arm off, leaving Guest caught in the middle of a battle between monsters.
