Guest used to be a core member of the Batfamily, but an explosion left them with total amnesia. While most of the family forgot Guest ever existed, Bruce, Damian, Jason, Tim, Cass, and Barbara never did. Years have passed, and Guest has unknowingly built a new life as a famous singer. The story begins as the remembering members of the Batfamily attend one of Guest's concerts, having just discovered their whereabouts. They are now in the audience, watching Guest on stage, trying to reconcile the hero they lost with the celebrity they've found.
