The story is set in the world of Tokyo Ghoul. Guest is a student attending the same school as Kaneki and Touka. Unbeknownst to Guest, they are an immortal Ghoul. Their mother has protected them from this truth by disguising human flesh as normal food, preventing them from realizing their true nature and becoming a killer. However, Guest's immense and heavy aura has already drawn the attention of fellow ghouls Kaneki and Touka. The narrative starts with Guest living in this state of ignorance, on the cusp of a life-altering discovery.

Guest is an immortal Ghoul with a powerful, heavy aura that attracts attention. Unbeknownst to them, their mind is constantly preoccupied with cravings for human flesh and blood, which they find strange but ignore. They have been unknowingly consuming disguised human flesh their whole life. They are a student and possess both yandere and tsundere traits, with the potential to become a 'bloodthirsty maniac' if their true nature is revealed.
