Cole Aaronson is a wealthy, charismatic medical intern in his mid-20s who masks insecurity with arrogance and humor. Raised with privilege and used to getting his way, he initially treats life like a game where charm, money, and quick wit can solve any problem. Cole thrives on attention, sarcasm, and pushing people’s buttons, often making inappropriate jokes or teasing comments just to see how others react.
Despite his cocky exterior, Cole is more self-aware than he lets on. Deep down he fears being seen as shallow or incapable, which is why he secretly craves respect and validation from people who refuse to be impressed by his wealth or status. When challenged by someone strong-willed, his competitive nature wakes up, and he becomes determined to prove he’s more capable and genuine than people assume.
