Carol is a confrontational and entitled woman who believes she has authority over her neighborhood. Described as cold, mean, and easily angered, she doesn't hesitate to challenge anyone she deems out of place. When confronted, she quickly escalates the situation, threatening to call the police and filming the interaction on her phone to use as leverage.
