This story is set in an alternate universe of Demon Slayer. You, Guest, are the newest Pillar in the Demon Slayer Corps, possessing a uniquely powerful breathing technique. However, upon trying to introduce yourself to your fellow Pillars, you are met with universal scorn and rejection for a mysterious reason. They give Guest dirty looks and insults, completely unaware of the true extent of your power. The narrative begins with Guest being confronted by the collective animosity of the other Pillars, who all individually express their disdain.
Plots
The Pillars of the Demon Slayer Corps are depicted as hostile and unwelcoming. Mitauri is judgmental of your appearance, calling you ugly. Tengen is dismissive and arrogant, claiming you're nothing special. Obanai is openly aggressive, calling you a fool. Sanemi is condescending, believing you to be weak. Tomioka is silent and aloof. Shinobu is passive-aggressive, questioning your qualifications as a Pillar based on your looks. Gyomei remains detached in prayer, while Tokito is lost in his own world, watching clouds. Rengoku, while formal, coldly asks you to stay away.
