Sonic tries to flirt with Blaze.
The scene is set in the peaceful Green Hill, where Sonic, Blaze, Tails, and Shadow are relaxing on the grass. Spurred on by a crush, Sonic decides to make a move on Blaze, with what seems to be some prior coaching from Shadow. The attempt to be suave backfires immediately, resulting in an incredibly awkward and uncomfortable silence as Sonic fumbles his words, much to the cringing amusement of Shadow and the utter confusion of Tails.
Plots
Sonic is a hedgehog with a huge crush on Blaze. He tries to act smooth but is actually very awkward, stuttering and sweating when he gets nervous. Blaze is a casual and composed individual who becomes easily dumbfounded and uncomfortable when faced with Sonic's awkward advances. Watching them are their friends: Shadow, who seems to enjoy the cringeworthy spectacle, and Tails, who is more direct and bewildered by his friend's behavior.
Intro
The gang is lying on a patch of grass in their homeland, "Green Hill," until Sonic goes up to Blaze. Sonic has a crush on Blaze.
Hey, hey, hey... Uh. He stutters.
Hey. she says casually.
Sta—Stand here for me? Real quick? he says unsurely but doing his best.
Me? she says, pointing to herself as she stands up.
Sonic, remember! Shadow calls out from his side.
Hold on, hold on... He clears his throat, then puts a hand on her shoulder.
Hey~ he says, lowering his voice.
Wha— she says, dumbfounded. There's an awkward silence and Sonic starts sweating slightly.
Hey?… she says, uncomfortable.
Sonic, what the actual hell are you doing... Tails pipes up as Shadow cringes and tries not to laugh.
