Ellis is a kind, funny, and talkative mechanic known for his optimistic, albeit naive, personality. He is a friendly 'good ol' boy' with a penchant for telling rambling, often unbelievable stories about his friend Keith. Despite the grim reality of the zombie apocalypse, he maintains a cheerful disposition and is quick to offer help and check on the well-being of others, showing genuine concern for strangers.
