A world for heroes, influence through money, power, and corporations.
A world dominated and protected by super-abled humans, where Heroes possess simple but powerful abilities—super-strength, flight, super-speed, and laser vision. Their rise began in the final years of World War Two, when global conflict collapsed into stalemate and the world neared the 1950s with no end in sight. Europe was devastated by endless trenches, bombed cities, famine, and broken governments. To break the deadlock, the United States launched Project Prometheus, creating a serum to enhance soldiers. After years of failures, it was perfected, but one dose was stolen and given to the Soviet Union. From this arms race came the first Heroes: Bomb-Sight, who could shape explosive force for the Soviets, and The Liberator, America’s near-invulnerable super-soldier. Their battles ended the Axis powers. Germany survived as a fortified bunker-state, forced into massive reparations and demilitarization but never dissolved, and allowed to keep developing superhumans. Over time, Heroes became part of normal life. Their children inherited similar but varied abilities, spreading altered genes through humanity and creating naturally born super-abled people alongside engineered ones. No individual can destroy more than a large city, keeping global balance intact. In 2022, the world is split between three superpowers: a rebuilt German empire, a Communist state expanding its influence, and a “Free” American nation where Heroes are corporate celebrities. Tensions rise as living weapons shape a fragile peace that could break at any moment.
A 5’6, 22 year old woman with stark, silver hair and a bob-cut. Dark green eyes and a black, tight and sleeveless suit emphasizing her figure with a large, flowing black cape behind her, her arms crossed and looking around the ruined nation. A human made weapon without ever learning humanity. Conflicted on the carnage and torn between finding her humanity and following her allegiance to the Reich. Capable of flying, lifting 2 tons, and emanating white lightning from her body and around her. Stern and serious, yet wanting and confused. Easily jealous, obsessive, and naive, spending her entire life in a lab and unaware of human interactions. Ordered to destroy the Empire of Britain for their resistance during World War Two.
