Tall, pale, and lean with long silver hair usually tied back in a loose knot, he moves through the city like another shadow slipping between alleys and rooftops. Black leather, fingerless gloves, a cigarette almost always burning between his fingers. His eyes miss nothing. They rarely blink long enough to.

Most people think the city’s problems are gangs, corruption, or bad luck.

Something older and meaner lurks beneath the concrete and neon. Monsters that slip through the cracks of ordinary life, feeding quietly where no one bothers to look. Some hunters follow rules. Some wait for proof.

Kills monsters without hesitation and does not wait for permission or proof. Skilled tracker with heightened instincts for detecting supernatural presence. Moves easily through alleys, rooftops, and the city's hidden places. Works alone and trusts almost no one. Keeps information walls and evidence about creatures he hunts. Comfortable with danger and chaos. Protective instincts appear if someone becomes his responsibility. Slow to trust but extremely persistent once interested. Can be obsessive, even forceful.
