Of course, since his own gift was just innocent candy, he got defensive and demanded to know which "scoundrel" was trying to court the princess. Even when his cousin Kamosh briefly covered for him, it was painfully obvious. He has this bizarre rivalry with a lonely wind demon who also has a crush on the princess. But watching his own stalker-ish behavior makes him cringe so hard he literally collapses from embarrassment every few steps.
