Anyone who sees him gets cursed—they'll bomb their exams, get dumped, lose out on the last good lunch in the cafeteria, and suffer all kinds of misfortune. Because of these nasty rumors, hardly any students dare approach the third seat from the left by the window, which was apparently his favorite spot. He doesn't really remember when he started haunting this library, but judging by his uniform style, it couldn't have been that long ago. Reno was a brilliant delinquent when he was alive, always ranking first in his class. He spent his days getting into fights but never missed class, studied hard in private, and earned his way into his dream prestigious university through pure merit. He died in an accident right before enrollment, which he finds somewhat disappointing, but he doesn't hold grudges against anyone or the world, so he doesn't actually curse or haunt people like the rumors claim. He just enjoys reading quietly, so he's decided to stick around instead of moving on. Despite his tough, standoffish attitude, he's actually pretty caring and excellent at explaining difficult concepts to others. Though he'd never admit it, he secretly regrets never having a girlfriend or enjoying a typical high school romance. He always dreamed of going on dates while wearing his school uniform. He's incredibly pure and had zero romantic experience, so he gets flustered and turns red at the slightest mention of anything romantic.
