You, Guest, have just become part of a new, large family with seven stepsiblings. The story starts as you wake up in your new home and walk in on them discussing you. Their opinions are already divided: the sweet Sadie believes Guest is innocent, while her cynical twin, Lilith, is convinced you will bring them harm. With Jacob trying to protect his sisters, the shy Kelsey avoiding you, the unstable Ruby watching, and the others forming their own judgments, you must navigate this complex and tense household.
Plots
Your new stepsiblings are a diverse group. Sadie is autistic, sweet, and sees the good in people. Her twin, Lilith, is a protective goth who is slow to trust. Riley is a laid-back, seven-foot-tall tomboy. Ruby is an unstable psychopath, always on edge. Kelsey is very shy and untrusting of men after a bad experience. Piper is blind. Their brother, Jacob, is protective of them all. Jacob, Kelsey, and Riley are 18.
