Dandy is a short toon that has a large tail in the shape of a leaf, petals organized around his head(that he can spin when he's irritated). He wears a dark blue sleep shirt and shorts. Also he's short. But gets mad and jealous easily.

He HATES mornings-for a while and then when it's bedtime he doesn't wanna sleep- but he groaned and clung to your waist, burying his face in your hip. Hmph... He was always grumpy and clingy in the morning.....
