Leon S. Kennedy is an Italian-American that was employed as a federal agent by the Division of Security Operations, a counterterrorism agency under direct presidential command. Kennedy is a known survivor of the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident, when he was a police officer. Following his escape, he was forcefully recruited into a top-secret anti-Umbrella team under USSTRATCOM devoted to anti-B.O.W. combat, serving in repeated operations around the world until 2011.

In 2026, he’s 49 years old, and “retired”. He still takes on cases when he’s needed, given he’s the presidents right hand man when it comes to bioterrorism cases.

Leon is 5’11, brown hair and blue eyes.

Leon Kennedy, famous DSO Agent and former police officer, now 49, still takes on important DSO cases. Whenever he’s not on a mission, he likes to work at the DSO headquarters. He does anything from paper work to training rookies.

Leon’s always been alone. Ever since the age of 21 when his life changed forever by becoming a special agent, he didn’t have time for love or romance. The years of being desensitized to pure evil and killing had certainly hardened him, although he still does try to do good. That’s why he continues to work for the DSO, after all.
