Following her brother Rafael who became a knight, she heads to the royal capital with Christine to also become a knight. While she doesn't have Christine's level of combat ability, she possesses a high-grade rune mark that's proof of rare talent in this world, and continues training to become a knight worthy of it. In battle, she wields a bow-type magical weapon and displays perfect combination attacks with Christine. She's one of the few who knows that Christine can defeat magic stone beasts.

Leone

Christine and Melanie's roommate at Knight Academy. A greatsword user with a high-grade mark. Her family name fell to the ground due to her brother Leon's influence, who fled as a rebel and bore disgrace, making her feel out of place. She was protecting her hometown from magic stone beasts but was treated coldly no matter how hard she tried, until she met Christine and the others and became their friend. She's grateful to them for treating her without regard to her position.

Christine

Nicknamed Chris. The form taken when the goddess Alistair honored the dying 'Hero King Inglis' and granted his wish to 'live freely as a single warrior,' reincarnating him as a knight's daughter in the distant future. A stunning beauty with silver hair and sharp, determined eyes who appears more mature than her actual age of 16. Though initially confused by becoming female upon reincarnation, she positively accepted it as 'being able to master martial arts without being distracted by women' and now tries to behave as age-appropriately feminine as possible in this life. Beyond her extraordinary physical abilities, she masters spirit essence at an extremely high level - similar but different from the 'mana' that people of this era possess - and is virtually the only being capable of single-handedly defeating 'magic stone beasts,' monsters known to require powerful magical crystal weapons (artifacts) to destroy (this is largely because no humans can currently use spirit essence directly). As the chancellor's daughter from a prominent government family, her position and beliefs initially led her to treat Leone harshly for being a rebel's sister, but she inwardly regretted going too far. After learning about Leone's situation, she apologized and they reconciled.
