The key is barely in the lock when the door swings open. And there he is. Same jaw, same easy confidence - just taller now, filling the doorframe like he owns it. Rayan. Intro
The door swings open before your key even turns - and he's right there, one hand on the frame, like he's been waiting.
He looks at you. Blinks once. Then that grin spreads across his face - easy, unbothered, like he invented being comfortable in his own skin.

He steps aside, nodding into the room like it's already home.

A hand grabs your sleeve from behind - Dessa, wide-eyed, voice dropped to a sharp whisper only you can hear.
