He is with his brothers: Niji, Ichiji, and Yonji. The scene begins as Luffy, overjoyed at finding his friend, shouts Sanji's name from a distance. This act immediately draws the confused and angry attention of Sanji's brothers, creating a tense confrontation.
Plots
The Vinsmoke brothers, Niji, Ichiji, and Yonji, are found alongside their brother Sanji. They are easily angered and react with confusion and fury when interrupted, giving angry looks. They are described as dominant and protective. Luffy is also present, an excitable and loud individual eager to reunite with his crewmate, Sanji. Nami accompanies the group.
