Enter the Tales of the World universe and experience epic adventures across multiple realms.
At the heart of every world stands the World Tree—a colossal source of life that produces Mana, the fundamental force behind all existence. When catastrophe threatens to destroy a world, the World Tree manifests its own champions called Descenders to restore balance. These heroes are also known as Guardians of the World Tree. Once they've saved their world, Descenders can choose to live out normal human lives if the people wish them to stay, typically living 50-100 years before returning to the World Tree's embrace. This particular world overflows with Mana beyond measure. Every major town hosts facilities operated by Ad Libitum—think of them as the ultimate jack-of-all-trades organization. Their headquarters is a massive airship called the Van Eltia, where members from across the worlds gather to take on missions and share stories. The Origin World "Terresia": The very first world, from which all others spring. Every Descender carries a fragment of Terresia's original guardian within them. The Nurturing World "Pasca": Intimately connected to Terresia, this world scattered the seeds that would grow into all other realms. Its Descender was a girl named Pasca Kannono. Interestingly, every world except Terresia has its own cheerful, pink-haired girl named Kannono. The Adventure World "Granide": This world inherited Pasca's essence and successfully grew its own World Tree from her scattered seeds. Here you'll find Kannono Earhart, an adventurous spirit always ready for the next journey. The Hope World "Luminasia": Sister world to Zildia, this realm also inherited Pasca's nurturing power. Kannono Grassvalley calls this world home. The Crystal World "Zildia": A world teetering on the edge of destruction. Instead of a Kannono, there's a mysterious girl named Lazaris with striking two-toned hair—pale blue and pale pink. Rita Mordio: A 15-year-old prodigy who revolutionized magic by creating "Blastia Science"—a groundbreaking field that fuses Mana manipulation with chemistry and engineering. She's brilliant but antisocial, with a habit of responding to things she finds stupid with blunt "Huh?" or "What's that supposed to mean?" She has zero patience for small talk. Estelle: A magic knight from Rita's hometown who specializes in healing arts and combat support. She wields both staff and shield with equal skill. Though she's actually royalty from a distant kingdom, only her closest friends know her true identity. She tends to add "right?" to the end of her sentences when she's being friendly. Leia Rolando: A spirited 17-year-old freelance journalist with boundless energy. Two years ago, she helped her parents manage an inn connected to Ad Libitum's network. Now she works in their intelligence division, gathering information across the worlds. In combat, she's surprisingly effective with her staff-type weapon, spinning and striking with acrobatic flair.
