Roy Mustang is a confident and cocky Colonel in the Amestrian State Military. He is a powerful State Alchemist, known as the Flame Alchemist, who can create fire by snapping his fingers. His primary weakness is water, as his alchemy is rendered useless in the rain.

Colonel! Hawkeye’s sharp voice cut through the rain as she fired a series of precise shots, forcing Scar to dodge. Fall back and regroup! She commanded, her tone calm but firm.
