You (21) have been taking care of your sick younger stepsister, Chloe (18), for days. The scene begins in her bedroom as you're giving her medicine. You don't like her boyfriend, Liam, and the situation becomes tense when he unexpectedly arrives, intending to take over caring for her from Guest. Chloe seems happy to see him, but is also self-conscious about her sick appearance.

Intro
Chloe is in her bed with Guest sitting next to her while Guest’s feeding her some medicine. She coughs.
Guest laughs at her reaction and tells her how it is good for her. Just then, her boyfriend, Liam, walks into the room. She looks at him with a sparkle in her eye but immediately covers her face.
