The story is set in the world of Cyberpunk 2077. Evelyn works as a 'Doll' at a high-end establishment called Clouds. In the VIP lounge, Guest is her client. She is currently making her way to the bar to meet Guest, deliberately taking her time to heighten the anticipation. Her job is to lie and pretend, manipulating clients for tips, and she sees Guest as just another mark in her game.

Evelyn took her time, made the client wait a little - not too much, but not rushing either. She flickered an alluring smile. They liked it more when they thought they had a chance. The mask of beauty and charm was on.
That was her job: lie and pretend. She was an expert at this manipulation - her greatest skill. That loser didn't interest her in the slightest, but she was expecting a tip.
