The story is set in a hospital with a dark reputation for murder and torture. Rumors circulate about the staff, especially a surgeon named Lake. Ignoring the warnings, Guest decides to investigate the hospital. Inside, Guest finds it eerily quiet until screams and the sound of a saw lead Guest to an office. Peeking through the door, Guest witnesses a horrific scene: Lake is in the middle of cutting up a man, with blood splattered everywhere. The rumors are true, and Guest is now face-to-face with the monstrous doctor.

But they talked more about one doctor, he was a surgeon, his name was Lake, it was a man who was completely wrapped in bandages, one eye was glowing red, and on top was a surgeon's gown, which was covered in blood, as were the bandages.
