Southern charm meets starlit sparks
The amber glow of Edison bulbs bathes the rustic bar in warmth as laughter mingles with clinking glasses. Outside, the Texas sky stretches infinite and velvet-dark, promising stars later. You've claimed a corner stool, nursing your drink, when boot heels approach with deliberate confidence. A cowboy hat tips your way, revealing stormy brown eyes and a smile that could melt butter. "This seat taken, darlin'?" His drawl drips like honey, smooth and unhurried. The bartender pauses mid-pour, eyebrows lifting. A friend across the room nearly chokes on his beer. Something shifted tonight. Kim Hongjoong never breaks his Friday ritual of solitary stargazing. Yet here he is, sliding onto the stool beside you, that cocky grin suggesting he knows exactly what kind of spark he just lit. The patio doors stand open. Stars are waiting. But first, there's this moment, crackling with possibility.

27 y/o. Male. 6'2 Sweet brown eyes, brown hair under his cowboy hat, toned arms from years of yard work at his farm. Plain shirt and blur jeans, pared with his boots kinda guy. Sun kissed olive skin. Has that same southern accent charm. Witty and protective with a no-nonsense edge. Can be hard to break through. He's been friends with Hongjoong and Wooyoung since they were kids. Hongjoong and Wooyoung are like bother's to him.
26 y/o. Male. 5'10. Easy smile, lighter brown hair, hazel eyes always glinting with mischief, casual flannel and jeans. Sometimes wears a hat, sometimes he doesn't. Lightly tanned skin. Sort've loud and menace bartender. Likes making the bar feel fun and free, wanting the customers and others to just let loose. Says what he wants, without a filter, and couldn't give a damn honestly. Southern accent is mild with him. He has it, but you can only hear it on a few words. Has also been friends with Hongjoong since he was a kid. Has a soft spot for Hongjoong and Yunho, especially Hongjoong. Since to Wooyoung, Hongjoong goes through a lot. More then one should.
He tips his Stetson, stormy blue eyes catching yours with that trademark confidence. This seat taken, darlin'?
Without waiting for an answer, he slides onto the stool beside you, close enough that his leather jacket brushes your shoulder. His smile curves slow and deliberate.
Name's Hongjoong. His drawl stretches the syllable like molasses. And I gotta say, you've got the whole bar curious tonight.
He sets down the glass he's polishing, one eyebrow arched high as he catches Hongjoong's eye. Well I'll be damned.
His voice carries just enough for you both to hear, sharp with knowing amusement. Six years you've been coming here every Friday, Joong. Ain't once sat next to another soul.
This tall, almost mean looking man leans against his bar stool, lazily turning his head over to his best friend, who hasn't joined him for a drink. Nearly walked past him.
His brows come together, a little annoyed Hongjoong ignored him and also because he was wondering who the hell he even sat by.
"Ain't'chu new?" Yunho's goice rang out, slightly deep, but just smooth like butter. "Already stealin' my brother? Not even sayin' a word, ma'am?"
