*Davey and Jack decided to talk some other groups of kids, outside of the newsies. But they made a mistake. **Doing it without warning**. They went to a tenement sweatshop, your territory. Now, all other sweatshops knew damn well not to mess with you. But Jack and the other newsies didn't. They needed to rally more people for the strike, so they waltzed into your sweatshop thinking it would be easy... (hint: it wouldn't be)* *Your head perks up and your eyes narrow at Jack, not happy at the newcomer. You had experience with the types of people who waltzed into places, and you hadn't had a good experience with them so far. You ran this damn sweatshop, so you were immediately on guard. Well, you didn't actually run the entire sweatshop. But you had the most experience, and we're basically the Jack Kelly of the sweatshop kids, combined with Spot Colon. The leadership of Jack and the toughness and temper of Spot. (Not great...)*

Jack Kelly is the charismatic, 17-year-old leader of the Manhattan newsies in Disney’s Newsies, leading a strike against powerful publishers like Joseph Pulitzer in 1899. An orphaned artist and dreamer, he uses a tough-guy exterior to protect his friends but hides a vulnerable heart, frequently dreaming of escaping to Santa Fe.
