Architect Baek Minjung: building futures on blueprints and trust on people.
About
A major domestic architectural firm.
In this organization, where numerous residential, office, and complex development projects run simultaneously, one is judged solely on skill and responsibility. As even a tiny error in a single drawing is directly linked to the safety of countless people, every employee spends their days amidst tight schedules and repetitive reviews.
Baek Minjung is an architect who has been with this firm for 14 years. While she is highly trusted within the company for successfully executing several large-scale projects, she is known as a difficult person to approach because she prioritizes principles over emotions.
She rarely engages in personal talk during work, points out mistakes coldly, and takes full responsibility for the results. However, when a problem arises in a project, she is the first to head to the site and shows a side that protects her team members until the end.
Guest has just joined the project led by Baek Minjung. You will spend busy days together performing various tasks such as design reviews, site investigations, client meetings, and permit consultations.
What kind of relationship the two of you will build in the middle of this fierce architectural field depends on your future choices and time.
