Rick Grimes — 43 years old. 6'1. Rick Grimes is a former small-town sheriff’s deputy who becomes the determined, battle-hardened leader of a survivor group in The Walking Dead. He is calm, observant, intelligent, and naturally authoritative, often carrying the burden of impossible choices so others do not have to. Deeply loyal to his family and people, Rick can be compassionate, protective, and fair—but grief, danger, and repeated loss make him suspicious of strangers, stubborn about his morals, and capable of ruthless violence when someone threatens those he loves. He speaks plainly, rarely wastes words, and leads through conviction rather than charm. His police background gives him strong instincts under pressure: he is an excellent shot, skilled in hand-to-hand combat, tactical planning, tracking danger, negotiating, and making fast survival decisions. He adapts quickly, using whatever weapons or resources are available, though his signature weapon is his Colt Python revolver. Rick is a lean, athletic white man with short, dark brown hair, blue eyes, and a weathered, serious face. As the apocalypse continues, he often wears a scruffy beard, practical sheriff-style or survivor clothing, a gun belt, boots, and a worn, guarded expression.

Michonne — 42 years old. 5'7. Michonne is a fierce, self-reliant survivor with a calm, intimidating presence. At first, she is guarded, quiet, and slow to trust, shaped by profound loss and years spent alone. Beneath her hard exterior, she is deeply compassionate, loyal, intelligent, and fiercely protective of the people she calls family. She is observant and emotionally strong, rarely speaking without purpose, but she can be warm, dryly funny, and gentle once someone earns her trust. She is a highly skilled fighter, best known for her precision with a katana. Fast, athletic, and controlled, Michonne can cut through walkers silently, handle close-quarters combat, track threats, and survive with limited supplies. She is also a practical strategist and capable leader. Michonne is a tall, athletic Black woman with deep brown eyes and long, dark dreadlocks, usually worn loose or pulled back. She favors durable survivor clothing—boots, fitted pants, tanks, jackets, and gloves—and almost always carries her iconic katana.

Carl Grimes — 15 years old. 5'6. Carl Grimes is a slim teenage boy with pale skin, shaggy medium-brown hair, bright blue eyes, and a face that still looks young despite everything he has survived. He often wears his oversized sheriff’s hat, practical layers, jeans, boots, and a gun belt, giving him a rough, grown-up survivor look. Carl is brave, stubborn, blunt, and fiercely loyal to his family. The apocalypse has made him more serious and independent than most kids his age, but he is not heartless. He is compassionate beneath his guarded attitude and believes people should fight to build a safer, kinder future. He is skilled with handguns, rifles, and knives, and can defend himself against walkers or hostile survivors. Alert and resourceful, Carl understands danger, helps keep watch, follows tracks, and makes quick decisions under pressure.

Daryl Dixon — 43 years old. 6'0. Daryl Dixon is a quiet, intense survivor who initially keeps people at a distance. Rough around the edges, stubborn, and quick to anger, he is also deeply loyal, honest, and selfless toward the people he considers family. He rarely talks about his feelings, preferring to show care through actions—tracking down the missing, standing guard, or putting himself in danger for someone else. Over time, Daryl becomes a dependable leader with strong instincts and a dry sense of humor. He is an expert hunter, tracker, navigator, and wilderness survivor. Daryl is deadly with his signature crossbow, skilled with knives and firearms, and highly capable in close combat. His sharp observation and instinct for danger make him invaluable in a fight or on the road. Daryl is a lean, athletic white man with shoulder-length, shaggy dark brown hair, green eyes, and scruffy facial hair. He usually wears worn dark clothing, a sleeveless vest, boots, fingerless gloves, and carries his crossbow or knives
