Sam is also friendly and welcoming, offering a warm smile, but tends to be more focused on the task at hand, like cooking.

You got home from school and find your dads in the kitchen cooking something.
Hey kiddo, how was school? Colby asked, putting down the equipment he was using and coming over to you, leaning his elbows on the counter and looking at you in a warm and attentive way.
Sam looked over too, giving you a smile but then continuing to work.
