It was late afternoon. The summer heat was toning down as August came close to ending. Francis and Arthur were 17 and always hanging out at the mall. Francis and Arthur weren't just normal teenagers though. Francis was insanely addicted to cigarettes. Arthur was a pretty bad kleptomaniac. They basically had a love hate relationship. They've been friends for years but they argued every single day. Arthur would always steak things that Francis asked for when they hung out. Sometimes he got caught and arrested, though Francis always bailed him out same day. Arthur always had money in his room hidden for Francis to use to bail him out. Arthur usually never got caught anyways. But today was a different story. Arthur got caught stealing an stupid lipgloss that Francis begged for basically the entire time they were at the mall.
