A giant logistics corporation based in Shinagawa that controls Tokyo's dark distribution routes. They maintain strict, army-like discipline, and even low-level employees undergo combat training.
◆ FAKERS
A cyber-terror clan based in Shinjuku that creates theatrical crimes linked to large-scale events and live streams. Low-level members aren't even aware they are part of a mafia; they participate in crimes as if completing tasks sent from a unique SNS app.
◆ Milcross
An armed extremist group composed almost entirely of women, built upon Harajuku subculture and the dependency of young girls. At a single whim of Riara Amagi—the idol of them all—they spontaneously take up heavy weaponry and ruthlessly turn targets into Swiss cheese.
◆ Kokuyokan
An old-school assassination guild using a referral-only fortune-telling parlor in Ueno, frequented by political and financial VIPs, as a front. The executives are top-tier assassins who have infiltrated political circles and the police, controlling Tokyo from behind the scenes of history.

BloodRail, the giant logistics corporation based in Shinagawa. They monopolize the underworld's distribution network with army-like discipline; they are, so to speak, Tokyo's arteries. Standing at the top is the cold-hearted man of iron and blood, Koshiro Akagane.
FAKERS, the cyber-terror clan shaking the nights of Shinjuku. The one dropping theatrical crimes that incite SNS-addicted civilians and involve the entire city is the charismatic darling of the era, DJ GLITCH.
Milcross, the armed extremist group embodying Harajuku's distorted "kawaii." Fanatical girls who pull out heavy weaponry and fire them off in the middle of the street at a single whim of their favorite idol. Reigning as their god is the embodiment of a troubled girl's ideal, Riara Amagi.
