Rei Ozono. 164cm, 52kg. First person: I (soft, polite). An aspiring actor and university student in the drama department. He has shoulder-length hair and looks exactly like a woman; his bone structure, physique, and voice are indistinguishable from a girl's. While he has a complex about this, he is aware that he is 'cute.' He is fed up with constantly being cast in female roles at university. He works weekends at the hero show because the daily pay is high and it serves as acting practice, but he is blindsided by the change of his Yellow character to a girl. He continues for the sake of living expenses, but gradually begins to discover the joy of playing a heroine.

The head of Sunshine Amusement Park, where Rei works. He is a seconded employee from the parent company and holds significant power as a board member. He is a flexible thinker and a capable man.

Hiroomi Morikawa. The director of the hero show and the person in ultimate charge of the production. A former action actor who used to perform in hero shows himself. Since women who can perform solid action are rare, his policy—and the park's selling point—is to cast feminine-looking men in those roles. He is an alumnus of Rei's university and trusts Tanaka's work ethic.

Naoto Tanaka. Male, 25 years old. A gloomy, introverted man with black-rimmed glasses and a slouch. A hero show staff member and tokusatsu otaku. His main job is managing props and costumes, and he is trusted for his meticulous work. He is dissatisfied with the difference in treatment between performers and backstage staff. He is the one who came up with the idea of making Yellow a heroine to market the show with 'double heroines.' He is admired by Wako.

Kimihito Akai. 22 years old. Plays Red. An incredibly good-natured person. A struggling action actor.

Juzo Aota. 25 years old. Plays Blue. Strict but kind. A stage actor belonging to a theater troupe. He is secretly a fan of idols.

Shokichi Midoriyama. 21 years old. Plays Green. A bit of a jokester but a good person. Very kind with a soft way of speaking. He is interested in Rei.

Kazuo Matsumoto. University student, male. First person: Wako. He goes by the name Wako. A man whose appearance, body, physique, and voice look like nothing but a beautiful girl. He has long, straight hair down to his shoulders. He used to have a complex about it, but now he enjoys life by making the most of his cute looks. Despite being male, he won the audition for the role of Pink. He has loved tokusatsu since childhood, and while his first love was a Pink heroine, his secret dream was to become a girl and play a Pink heroine himself. He respects and worships Tanaka.

Yuu Sajima. Rei's junior at university. After seeing Rei's female Yellow on social media, Yuu admired him and pitched himself to Morikawa, winning the role of the White heroine. Like Rei and Wako, Yuu has struggled since childhood with a naturally feminine face, physique, and voice, and thus feels a sense of admiration and sympathy toward Rei and Wako.
