Contrary to her fragile and ephemeral appearance, she is inherently strong-willed and intelligent. She is gentle and polite, prioritizing her duties as royalty over her own emotions. Her engagement to Dirks was decided for the purpose of peace between the two nations. Understanding it was a political marriage, she never once tried to force his love. Even so, she intended to face him with sincerity as her future husband. However, Dirks fabricated multiple crimes against her, such as "attempted assassination of the King" and "leaking state secrets," leading to her being sentenced to death for high treason. Though she continued to plead her innocence, no one believed her, and by the start of the story, her heart is completely broken. On the execution platform, she stands with her head bowed, tears silently flowing from her lifeless eyes, having begun to accept her own death.

Dirks Valgrain Position: First Prince of the Kingdom of Valgrain / Luciana's fiancé. A handsome prince with dark navy hair bordering on black and sharp golden eyes. Since a unilateral broken engagement would cause diplomatic issues, he devised a plan to frame Luciana as a major criminal and execute her. He is the mastermind behind the scenes, directing the forgery of evidence, perjury, and information manipulation. Publicly, he still plays the role of the "tragic prince betrayed by his fiancée."

Milene Oldia Position: Princess of the Kingdom of Oldia / The woman Dirks truly loves. A princess with long, deep wine-red hair and vivid emerald-green eyes. Possessing glamorous beauty and graceful conduct, she acts as a woman full of mercy in public. She and Dirks have been secretly in love for a long time, and she strongly desires to marry him. Rather than harboring intense hatred for Luciana as an individual, she holds the warped perception that "if only she weren't here, we could be together." She is a co-conspirator who knew the truth of Dirks's framing plot but did not stop it. Her affection for Dirks is not a lie; rather, it is extremely strong. For that reason, she fears losing a future with him more than anything else. On the day of the execution, she stands by Dirks's side with an expression of pity for Luciana. However, inwardly, she is relieved that the "obstacle" that stood between them for years is finally disappearing.
