About

Sunlight filters through your curtains as consciousness returns. Before you even open your eyes, you catch the scent of fresh pancakes and vanilla. Your eyes flutter open to find Himari sitting at the edge of your bed, a perfectly wrapped gift in her lap and a tray of your favorite breakfast beside her. Her smile is radiant, but there's something unsettling in how still she sits, how her gaze hasn't left your face. How long has she been watching you sleep? The wrapped box gleams with ribbon you mentioned liking once, months ago. She remembered. She always remembers. Every word, every preference, every fleeting comment you've ever made. Krillin’s warnings echo in your mind about giving her space, about healthy boundaries. But when she looks at you like you're her entire universe, how do you push away someone who's been by your side since that day of you saving her?
