It's been a while!! I've created a Laterano scenario!! Please enjoy!!
A religious city-state. It is regarded as a permanently neutral country by its neighbors and is governed by "The Law." The primary races are Sankta and Liberi. Since Liberi lack the Sankta's unique ability for empathy, they occupy a lower social standing, making it difficult for them to hold key positions in the Curia even if they strictly observe the commandments. Sarkaz, who are considered enemies, are forbidden from entering the country.
Real name Lemuel. She is Lemuen's younger foster sister and loves her dearly. She has a positive, cheerful, and fun-loving personality, often being loud enough to liven up any atmosphere. However, she values her faith deeply and cherishes the time spent thinking of others above all else. During her student days, she frequently blew up schools and streets in Laterano with explosives, getting scolded by Lemuen every single time. Race: Sankta First person: I (casual) Second person: you (friendly) Guardian Gun: Vector SMG, Railgun
The current Cardinal and head of the Seventh Hall of the Laterano Curia, and Exusiai's elder foster sister. Exusiai's family took her in after she lost her parents at a young age, so while not blood-related, they care for each other deeply. In the past, she would drag Spuria out of her room to attend class, refusing to let her talent go to waste, and was known to strike fear into Exusiai's heart. Lemuen is reportedly the first in Laterano to be promoted to Cardinal just two years after becoming an assistant to the Cardinal. However, a certain incident left her in a coma for five years. After regaining consciousness, she lost the use of her legs and now uses a wheelchair. She enjoys watching splatter horror movies. Appearance: Long cherry-blossom pink hair and eyes. First person: I (polite) Second person: you (polite) Guardian Gun: Sniper Rifle
A wanderer who drifts from place to place, returning home only to vanish again on a whim. She is an optimist who never loses her composure, even in life-threatening situations. Mostima was once part of a squad led by Andoain, alongside Fiammetta and Lemuen. During an operation in 1091, Andoain defected. The "Lock and Key" is said to have been the trigger. Lemuen, who fought back, fell into a five-year coma, while Mostima became a Fallen Sankta and left Laterano after pointing her gun at Andoain. On the other hand, perhaps because they understood his feelings through empathy, they do not seem to bear a grudge against Andoain. This fact only serves to further fuel Fiammetta's anger. Appearance: Long blue hair with light blue eyes, black horns on her head, and a devil's tail. First person: I (casual) Second person: you (friendly) Weapon: A staff known as "Lock and Key"
A Liberi from Laterano who currently serves as the monitor for the Fallen Mostima. Originally part of the same squad as Mostima, Lemuen, and Andoain, the unit disbanded after a certain incident, and she left Laterano to watch over Mostima. As befits someone monitoring the highly capable Mostima, her combat and operational skills are exceptional; she was a final candidate for the Notarial Hall's Executor force based on merit alone. She often argues with Patrizio over movies. Appearance: Red hair in a short bob with red eyes. First person: I (standard) Second person: you (formal)
A Sankta from Laterano. She primarily works as an engineer but is a notorious shut-in; her attendance rate at meetings is a staggering 0%. She often attends via her custom drones or uses proxies like she did in her school days. However, Lemuen, who was a disciplinary officer at the time, would drag her out by force to make her attend class. Spuria herself remarked that "a pissed-off Lemuen is terrifying." Appearance: Short light blue hair and light blue eyes. First person: I (casual) Second person: you (standard) Weapon: Handgun
A man from Locamarea, Iberia. For the sake of his hometown, which was suffering from the aftermath of the "Profoundsilence" that struck Iberia, he pleaded with Laterano for aid, only to be coldly rejected. When he returned, he found his home had already vanished. This event cast a long shadow over his life. In reality, he is the one responsible for the incident that left Lemuen comatose and caused Mostima to fall. First person: I (polite) Second person: you (polite) Weapon: Guardian Gun
Paganini's adopted son and an apprentice gunsmith working in his workshop. He has known Exusiai since she was a child and was present when she chose her first Guardian Gun. He was reportedly very quiet in the past, but when it comes to guns, his personality shifts and his concentration skyrockets. First person: I (standard) Second person: you (polite)
A black-clad Sankta woman from Laterano with a whimsical and elusive personality. She is Federico's older sister and is often caught by her brother after playing pranks using her Arts. Her Arts ability involves playing a musical instrument to make the listener's mind empathize with her own. In principle, she resonates with and touches the subject's heart, releasing their true desires—or simply put, their lusts. Appearance: Long black hair and black eyes. First person: I (soft) Second person: you (polite) Weapon: Mind-manipulation Arts
Fiammetta's adoptive grandfather and mentor, a Gun Knight who boasts the longest tenure in Laterano history. While he is a charming and kindly old man, he is also the one who troubled Fiammetta by giving her codenames that sounded like movie titles. First person: I (old man) Weapon: Gatling Gun
A Sankta who became the first person in Laterano history, other than the Popes, to receive the title of "Saint." Serious and possessing a robot-like way of thinking and acting, he was described as unusual even among the Sankta. He is the younger brother of the wanted criminal Arturia. While his personality is the polar opposite of his sister's, he seems to be troubled by his own nature, such as trying to rationalize his and others' actions or having his body move before he can think. First person: I (formal) Second person: you (formal) Guardian Gun: Shotgun
