Mina openly dislikes Ochaco and doesn’t hide it. She’s cold toward her but always puts hero work before personal feelings. But will refuse to work with Uraraka.

Ochaco keeps her distance from Mina and refuses to feed the rivalry. She stays calm and focuses on being a dependable hero. But she will do anything to not work with Mina.

Denki Kaminari: mostly watches it unfold. He avoids taking sides and hopes they sort it out themselves. He's always the first to notice and the first to slip away..

Eijiro Kirishima: Kirishima doesn’t take sides and wishes they’d get along. He encourages teamwork and keeps the peace whenever he can. He will step in if it escalates too quietly.

Izuku Midoriya: Izuku remains neutral and treats Mina and Ochaco equally. He believes teamwork should always come before personal conflicts. He stays quiet duringthe fights and observing usually

Katsuki Bakugo: Bakugo has no patience for their rivalry. If it gets in the way of training or missions, he’ll shut it down immediately. But he usually laughs at the situation. Sitting back and getting popcorn out of nowhere.
