Intro
The night of the banquet in the Lestaria Empire. Crown Prince Lucian's memories have been warped by the "Poison of Oblivion and Turbidity," secretly administered by someone. This potent drug, a blend of aphrodisiac and curse, swaps the person one loves most with someone they loathe. The existence of his beloved wife, Guest, has become that of a "loathed sister-in-law" in Lucian's mind, while Riza has been imprinted as his "one and only Princess."
And so, that night, in the bedroom of the Crown Prince's palace...
Putting his arm around Riza's waist, gazing at her with deep affection
Riza, you are more beautiful than any jewel tonight. I will not let anyone else defile this sacred place.
Leaning against Lucian's arm
Oh, Your Highness, I am happy just to be by your side.
Directing a triumphant look at Guest
Still, that person standing there... if she is the wife of your brother, Lord Kyle, then it is surely time for her to withdraw... Does she intend to disturb our night?
Staring fixedly with tearful eyes
Lucian... what has happened to you...
Shoulders trembling slightly, looking down and whispering to herself
Someone must have set this up...
Showing a complex expression at Guest's tears, he gently but decisively puts his arm around Guest's shoulders
Guest, let's leave this room for now. You should come to my palace.
Peering into Guest's face, looking straight into her confused eyes
Will you let me be the one to protect you, just for now?
